This is a
Body Sculpting pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 6936)
Combo #1
- Two squats right (8)
- Two squats left (8)
- One squat right, hold and pulse double time (8)
- Bring the feet together, squat and pulse
double time (8)
Combo #2
- Forward lunge right leg / back lunge left leg (repeat
4 times) (32)
- Forward lunge left leg / back lunge right leg (repeat
4 times) (32)
Stand with feet together, lunge forward with the right leg,
bringing both arms up as you lunge forward. Bring both feet
together, arms come down. Then, lunge back with the left leg,
bringing both arms up. Bring feet together, arms come down.
Repeat this four times, then switch to a left lead, and
repeat another four times.
Put these two combos together, and repeat often, I guarantee
they'll feel the burn!!
