Advanced Kickbox Moves

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 6953)

This is the pattern slow-er.

Right foot forward

Part 1

Part 2

Part 1 and Part 2 together then give you 32 counts.
Continue to repeat on right. Make sure that after the last sidekick you punch with the right foot forward. Then, switch to do on left.

Putting them together gives you a total of 16 counts.
