This is a [Other] pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 6954)

This is probably boot camp style....let me know if you have questions.

What you'll need:
Steps lined horizontally, one for each person;
each step should have 3 risers to a side

Have cones or risers at least 6 in a line with about 10 inches between each cone

Hand weights minimum 5 pounds

The routine:
Start with any kind of warm up that you like.

I usually go through this routine 2 x's then finish up with a cool down and abdominals..
