Thanks for all the great ideas!!! I thought I should give back. Here are some ideas I had after a really bad day at work. It helped taking the aggression out in a positive way.

Hop-kick drill

Repeat to the left.

Bob-n-weave around the world

Repeat on left foot

Crescent kick-in

Repeat on opposite side

Crescent kick-out

Repeat on opposite side
