Basketball:

(Repeat for a 32)

IMPORTANT: Before the boxing warn the class not to fully extending the arm to a locked position.....

Boxing:

Make last double step big--ending in orthrodox {right hip north}

(Repeat for a 32)

Jump rope:

Counterclock:

Clockwise:

(Lo/heel kicks)

Plyometrics mix:

Grapevine combo:

*(Hi/Plyos) change steptouch to a hopping lateral.

I hope you enjoy these moves. We have a lot of fun with them. I usually have my class call out 'SWISH' for the basketball shot...and 'DENIED' for the blocks. We grunt 'HUH' with the punches, emphazing the impact. The more they vocalize the more they get into it. It also lets me know they are breathing well.
