Cara's Kick-Butt Combo!!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 6980)

Hi everyone!! This is my first pattern I've submitted, so I hope it makes sense!! Write me if you have any questions or comments, and thanks for all the great patterns you've all shared!

Combo #1 (Upper-body portion of the combo)

Start in a right-foot forward stance:

I start this out slow and then take it up to tempo. After the class gets this simple pattern I change the 2nd jab to an open-palm front strike:

(I cue it : jab, strike, cross, block)

The lower body combo:

After I teach this part of the combo I add it to the upper-body combo and repeat it about 8 times, then I give the option to change the 2nd knee smash to a right front kick, and repeat it about 4 more times.

I finish it off with alternating right front kicks/left back kicks for 8-10 reps! Then repeat the whole thing on the left!!!

This combo kicks butt and promises a good, high-energy, fun-sweating addition to your class! Enjoy!
