Heard it thru the grapevine :)

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 6986)

This gets to be grapevine mania! I either use this as the first song after warming up, or at the end of the workout to really upbeat music!!


then I do

after that,

then we go backwards with 8 grapevine kicks again, then with knee up again, then back to grapevines with alternating front jabs...

Finally I top it off with one of each, usually 4 times :)

This is super simple, but really gets the heart pumpin" :D
