Killer Boot Camp Circuit

This is a very simple, yet effective workout. You need a track, a jumprope, and two cones. Warm your class up then get ready to sweat.

End with a cool down and stretch.

While the class is running the laps, I usually wait for them to return. I try to do all the other exercises with them. Sometimes I'll run the final two laps with them to push them to keep up with me. This is an intense workout. The class (and me included) are drenched at the end of this workout. Even though this is a very difficult workout, I usually see the same faces in class. Some of them have really improved themselves. If you don't have access to a track, you can do step aerobics, or hi/lo. Remember, this is a brutal class. Push the class hard, but to their limitations.
