Weighted Abs

This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 6997)

I read in an article in Men's Health magazine that basically said we can do crunches until we are blue in the face but if we are really looking for definition, do less crunches but add some weights. I tried this in my Interval Step class and WOW what a difference. We added anywhere from a 3 to 8 pound dumbbell held behind the head to our crunches. You feel it almost immediately and definitely feel it the next day. Obviously, proper form is of utmost concern here but if done correctly, you will notice the difference. Try it...you will like it!!
