Can your say Bootcamp?

This is a [Other] pattern from (pattern 7009)

I absolutely love to do this one to my class...It takes me back to the good ole' days of navy bootcamp! It is definitely a killer though, I don't recommend for beginners. Have fun, get loud, and work hard!!! A constant reminder to keep those abs in tight!

Start with stretch/warm up, however that may be for you, for me it varies, perhaps a fast walk into a jog, back in place (just stepping side to side with some full arm rotations).

Start fairly easy:

Cool them down and stretch them out...I usually go into toning after the cooldown.

As far as duration of each of these, that is up to you..I really watch my people...if they are just falling apart I modify quickly, but if they are hanging tough with me, than we go! I always stress modification and hydration...we love the ole' "talk test"
