Linda's Hot Hi/Low

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7017)

These combos are really easy to teach and follow, but they offer a lot of intensity. Enjoy!! :) All combinations are self-reversing.

Combo #1 (64 counts)

Repeat left lead

Combo #2 (64 counts)

Repeat left lead

Combo #3 (32 counts)

Repeat left lead

**Double step-touch: I like to add a knee lift or leg lift for intensity.

**Squat 4x: You can vary this in a couple of ways. You can do a pulsing squat 2x as a low impact option; the high impact option would be to do a squat/2 jacks combo 2x.
