This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 7033)

Hello, fellow Fitness Instructors!
Here is a simple yet fun routine to try!

Combo #1

Repeat left side

Combo #2

Repeat with left V-step

Combo #3

Combo #4

Repeat with right lead

** To clarify 123 knee is 3 marches with a knee up.
