Hi Everyone...Boy do I have a nice surprise for you. This is a Video for a Cardio Kick Box Beginners Class which has been together for a few months. I am very excited about seeing the rough copy the other day. It will be available for members and Fitness Instructors only of the "Fun to Stay Fit" website in which I host. Purpose for availability only to Fitness Instructors is because it is a teaching video not a participation video. Unless of course you were a member of my class. I simply don't agree with videos for participants of Cardio Kick Box because of the potential for injury and the need for Instructors supervision when taking this particular class.

0:45 WARM UP BEGINS

Combination series:

Repeat above 4 x each for a (64)

Active stretching: both sides

08:40 Warm up ends.

TECHNICAL PUNCHING BEGINS- Front facing stance

12:30 Cooling down a bit with skipping and shoulders back stretching.

12:55 COMBINATION 1: Start Orthodox stance

Skipping and then change side and repeat starting in southpaw stance

16:08 Skipping

17:35 Skipping to change combination

COMBINATION 2: Start orthodox stance

19:45 Repeat combination 2 in southpaw stance

21:52 Skipping

22:33 SET UP FOR SIDE KICKS

24:00 Change side and repeat above

25:21 SET UP FOR FRONT KICKS

26:15 Change sides and repeat above

28:08 COMBINATIONS FOR KICKING

Combination 1: Horse stance in martial arts

29:09 Change sides for combination 1 with front kick and side kick (64)

Combination 2: Orthodox starting stance

30:11 Change sides to southpaw stance (64)

30:43 Alternating elbow strikes for changing combinations (32)

Combination 3: Front facing

31:26 Skipping then DIAGONAL COMBINATIONS

Then get "FUNKY" taking away the jabs with diagonal steps, then add:

36:00 Skipping

36:15 STATIONARY BOXING: Starting orthodox

39:50 CARDIO

41:22 STATIONARY BOXING: Front facing.

44:06 TONING QUADS

45:50 Starting cool down with deep breathing.

46:20 COOL DOWN

57:00 minute mark complete.
