Spring Break from Kauai

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7046)

This choreography is so much simpler than what I used last month and my students are appreciating the break - the chance to work hard without having to think too much - though thinking does make us work even harder at times. Borrowed a lot of the moves from this site, thanks to everyone who contributes.

Repeat right & left one more time

(for this sequence I tell my students to envision a step platform in front of them)

Repeat for 3 sets than walk forward right lead and walk back
switch to left lead

(this move is from Patrick Goudeau's NYC Groove video)

Hold on spot for right lead - step double ham curl 3 x's, 2 singles long arms pulling to change leads, do left lead

Repeat again right & left

I'm finishing off this routine with travel squats/lunges, accenting whatever the leg muscles focus of the day is.

Hope this is useful to someone out there. Please e if not clear.

Aloha, Petrina
