Killer Abs
This is an
Abs pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 7574)
- Lie on the ground with your back
- Lift your head as well as your legs simultaneouslty
such that your legs are still parallel to the floor.
- Hold in this position for 10 counts.
- Bring your legs and head down back to the ground.
- Repeat for 16 counts.
This is a real good exercise for the abs. It is extremely
effective.
