Chase's Chugger

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 7579)

Combo 1

Repeat on left side

Combo 2

Combo 3

Repeat on left side

Combo 4

Repeat on left side

Repeat on left leg

"Chug" = sort of like a stomp on the bench, the feet aren't moving position, one foot up and one foot down.

"Shoot" = basketball jump shot, sort of like a power up tap

"Hourglass" = 1 'V' on the step, one backward on the floor, makes the shape of an hourglass.

I'm a rather new instructor and I tried this class in a 45 minute intermediate/advanced level and found it successful. I taught the combos all back to back and interjected here and there with some lunges and squats on the bench. I was pooped when we were all done! Good Luck. :)
