(right lead)
- Step forward quarter turn to face left (1&2)
- Step back together (left foot comes up) flap knees (ie
butterfly) (3,4)
- Jump back (contracting shoulders & pelvis inward then
pop out) (5,6)
- Body roll down (arms begin over heard, rolling body
with hands following body roll) (7,8)
- Cross/step back with right, and tap side with left (1,2)
- Repeat on left (3,4)
- Hop turn right (5&6)
- Hop turn left (7&8)
- Kick leg side right then left then right again (arms
move like a wave-smooth w/kick) (1,2,3)
- Jump in (feet together) the, jump out (feet
apart) (&4)
- Left knee and shoulder rolls in then out (5,6)
- Jump in (feet together) (7)
- Then clap hands overhead (8).
- Hop right then left (feet together) (1,2)
- Hop right 3 times (double time) (3&4)
- Facing right wall & step (bodyroll) sideways (towards
back wall) (5,6)
- Step back with left foot and bring right foot to left
to face the front (7,8) (right hand over head with
forearm in face while stepping back and to
face front.)
