Speedbag shuffle

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7595)

This can be repeated 8 times on each side. It is a quick move with the shuffle and really gets the class pumped up. Moving back with the bob and weave, keep it low to really make the glutes work. Breaking it down, I usually start with speed bags both arms, change to right arm speed bag and shift the right leg in front so that you are ready to shuffle up. Same on the left. Speed bag drills are great for the upper arms and shoulder area. The cross is the power punch and I add a haku! (Japanese for Breath) with this and try to get the class to join in with some sound of there own. It really makes the class more fun when everyone is making some noise, and I know they are still with me, too.
