EBunny's Tri-level Obliques

This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7596)

These abdominal moves focus on the obliques, while offering 3 different levels of difficulty. I tell the members to choose their own level after trying each one.

All begin laying on left side facing front mirror:

Level 1:

Level 2:

Level 3:

I do singles... pulse 2; up/down...pulse 7/down on these. Be sure to tell members with back problems not to lift their legs at all.
