Kickforce T-square

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7598)

You are in a boxer's stance (right leg back, hands up, elbows in, belly button in and abs tight).

Teach it using 32 counts and to increase the intensity use double time, do the whole thing in 16 counts.

First option to increase intensity is to "kiai" which means to release the energy verbally on every 4th move. Any question contact me.

Second option is to hop only on the knee strikes and kiai.
