Second Drill

** An X-step starts where the step is vertical. Walk up-up (right-left) accross the top of the bench, then straddle down right left at the top of the bench.

*In my Athletic Conditioning classes we do lots of running, like line drills and sprints on the track. We also ride the bikes and use the slide in order to get some cross-training in. I hope you can use any of these ideas. Good Luck!! (Keep in mind that I only teach to college students and they will do anything!)
