Hill crunches

This is a Cycling pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7605)

I have a CD that is great for any type of progression exercise. There are many kinds, but this one is "Hooked on the '60's". The songs are medleys of old familiar songs and each song in the medley lasts for approximately 30 seconds. I start at some resistance and at every song change, I have them increase the resistance. Keep doing this until the medley is done. We love it because the medleys never seem to end and the exercisers seem to push themselves more that if I just had them doing sprints and hills for the session.

One of the favorites is when I start at a medium tension for the first song followed by jumps at that same tension. At the next song, we increase the tension while sitting followed by more jumps at the next song change. We keep doing this until the medley is done. It just keeps getting harder and harder!
