Oblique Mania

This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7608)

On your back on the floor.

Support your head with one hand and raise the shoulders off the floor.

Now extend the other arm out from shoulder height palm to ceiling and parallel to ceiling.

Now squeezing into the obliques reach sideways to the heel, then cross over to the opposite knee and then reach across the chest and touch the other side of the floor and go back to beginning position.

It should all work to a 8 count.
