Power legs

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7616)

This a power step routine. All is self-reversing.

Do again but left lead and on front of bench.
Total of above is 64 count.

Total of above is 32 count

Do again left lead.
Total of above is 64 count.

Do again with corner to corner.
Total of above is 64 count.

Viscious Kickbox is 4 alternating side leg lifts into 3 alternating front kicks but in a kickbox style. This is done all on one side.

I teach pumping your toes as 2 over the tops and then tell them they can do this variation....Right lead....onto the bench right foot and then left foot tap toes twice and then down to floor left foot and right foot and 1 jack. I just say, UP UP PUMP PUMP DOWN DOWN JACK. To get them in rhythm!!!!!!!!! It is a tough routine with lots of leg!!!!!!!!!!!
