This can be used in a Boot Camp, Kickbox or any class you might use drills in. It's great for cardiovascular and strength training all in one.
Have your class start at the long end of the room.
If there's time you can tell your class, "What goes up, must come down." Then you would start all over starting with the highest number of push ups then working your way down.
If you have a large class, you can split them up into two groups, facing each other from the opposite ends of the room. They would sprint past each other... that's always fun.
