This is a
Step pattern from

Bench is horizontal and all combos are 32 counts
and self-reversing.
#1
- Basic right x2 (8)
- Cross over mambo with cha-cha-cha x2 on floor (8)
- L-step to the left (8)
- V-step left x2 (8) variation: 2nd V-step can be done
towards the back of the room
Repeat left
#2
- Alternate kicks to each corner (8)
- Knee repeaters around the short end of the bench and
straddle (8)
- Step kick, turn and step kick facing the other
direction (8)
- A-step x2 (8)
Repeat left
#3
- Up and alternate lunges x2 and exit right (8)
- Diagonal corner (4)
- Small U-turn (4)
- T-step (8)
- Over the top (4)
- Hop up and shake (4)
Repeat left
#4
- Hamstring curls to each corner (8)
- 1/2 L-step off left (4)
- Across the top x3 (12)
- Step knee back (4)
- Mambo right with ball change (4)
