Reverse it for More Burn!

This is an Abs pattern from (pattern 7633)

Hi, I have been teaching a "Body Rock" class for about 6 months and have really refined it through this site! Thanks to everyone!!!!

I usually do a 6 to 8 minute intense ab section at the end of each class. I always start with some basic crunches and look around the room for proper form. Depending on the level of ability in any given class I put in the "reverse set". For a high strength ability class I do it at the beginning and visa versa.

After the basic crunches I cue 3 pulses up and 1 down. "high" "higher" "highest" works. 3 up one down. At the start of a burn (I guage it with my own) I cue to hold at the highest level for 15 seconds or so. Then we slowly (very controlled) go down 3 and up 1. Remember to keep the abdominal wall engaged the whole time. When you move on to your next exercise you will definitely hear some "groans". Have Fun!!!
