Bob and Weave with Roundhouse

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 7634)

This is my first pattern that I have entered at this sight! I hope you can understand it. This one will really get your class moving!

You need to start your students out in a position that they can move forward in. I usually jack or jump rope them back to a start position. They should be standing in a staggered stance (left foot pointed toward the front wall and right foot behind pointed toward the side wall).

You can repeat this sequence as many times as you can moving forward. Then, have them jump rope or jack back to do it again. I usually break this comnbination down by doing one side at a time without the pivot first. Enjoy!
