Do You want to work those abs2?

This is an Abs pattern from (pattern 7637)

Routine 1: (musical counts)

Repeat the pattern above lifting to the right, then to the left, coming only half way down for each crunch will help challenge the abs

Routine 2: (musical counts)

Starting from basic crunch

Add in the lower body using Routine 2 by positioning the knees in toward the chest and bringing the knees in using the lower abs as you crunch with the upper body. The same 16 counts using the upper and lower body approach

For routine 1: if your class isn't ready for coming only half way down, then have them come all the way down so the abs don't fatigue as quickly
