Keeping everybody happy!
This is a
Step pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 7642)
I tend to get those "mixed" groups of semi-basic to
advanced. This routine is not too tricky but moves to keep
everyone happy. I'm sure there are bits and pieces from this
website. Thanks for any ideas I stole from you!
(Right lead)
- Knees around the world (16) **
- Hamstring curl 1x to west corner (4)
- Up and lunge back left/right, down, down (8)
- Basic run left 1x (4)
Repeat left lead
- Kick travel 2x (8)
- Basic right 2x (8) ***
- Repeater knee to west corner (8) (stay in this corner)
- Over the top (4)
- Hop turn (4)
- Kneelift crossback 2x (8) (or over the top)
- Walk around end (4)
- Over the top (4)
- Turnstep 1x (4)
- A-step 2x (8)
- Sidelift 1x (4)
Repeat left lead from kicks
** If a basic class, you can do knee travel 4x and end
up in the same place
*** If more advanced, this can be a revolving door
Kneelift crossback is what I call "Step knee down down"
going over the top.
