Bed or Mat Routine

This is also a great routine for seniors as well as people needing to lose 100+ pounds. They must remember to stay within thier own abilities, some more flexible and fit who intensify it, tend to make others think they need to raise thier leg as high or squat as low. It's what they can do now, it will come in time and practice!
