I use this routine in my class also. I teach a class for men and woman who need to lose 100+ pounds. The reason why I founded this class is because I once needed to lose 100+ pounds. Key word needed, I am at my goal weight after losing 135 pounds, through learning healthier eating habits, support, and above all a sipmle low-impact aerobics exercise daily!
