This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 7649)

32 count combo

This is a very simple and safe combination. I used this as a warmup as well as hi and low impact. I found my class loved it because it was simple and enjoyable - even to the most co-ordless!! Add some really catchy music and you will have a winner.

This can also be used as a combination to the left of the room and then to the right. For a higher impact I encouraged the class to really bend their legs in the power walk and to jog the march.
