Bootcamp class:
Need steps with risers, cones, and mats

Setup:
xxx steps with 1 riser each end
o  o  cones, evenly placed
[] [] mats (enough for a 1/4 of total participants)
XXX steps with 2 risers each end

Separate class into 4 groups
Each group works for 2 minute intervals on each station- then moves to next station (I carry a whistle to let them know when time is up) When they finish an interval (each group has finished all four stations), class works together for a short recovery time (eg: laps around the perimeter, jump rope, shadow boxing or whatever group activity your space permits) Here are the ideas for each station-

That's all- end with a cool down (walk around perimeter) and stretch. This class keeps them moving and makes the class fly by.
