Aerobic Body Sculpt III

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 7683)

Equipment: Horizontal step, 3, 5, 8, 10 pound weights. Tubing. Step music pitched at 115-118 max.

Warm up for at least 15 minutes with aerobics being sure to warm up all upper and lower body. Stretch through upper and lower body. Teach the leg movement first and then add the upper body.

#1. 5 pound weights.

#2. 8 pound weights.

#3. 3 pound weights.

#4. 5 pound weights





Down to the floor for push ups and then check out my submission for Slow & Steady Abs.

Fabulous class, they really worked up a sweat. Remember to keep that music pitched LOW. If you go to fast you run the risk of injury from not being able to control the weights. Safety is #1.

Normally when I'm personal training or teaching a STRENGTH class, I will do Chest/Back, shoulders and then Bicep/Tricep. This is a body sculpting class with lighter weight loads so I don't worry so much about the order in which I work the muscles.
