Here is another that there should be no excuses now for exercising they are easy and either in a chair or in bed or on the floor. Anyone that can move can do these exercises and benefit from them. I do a class for people needing to lose 100+ pounds. Yes, I do have an obsession with it, I to use to have to lose 100+ pounds in fact I have lost 135 pounds and at my goal weight! But you have to start somewhere and do it slow and easy! Especially with that kind of weight added to the workout. Hope this come as help to someone.
