This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 7694)
- Forward alternating kick 4 times 8 count. Move forward
use any arm pattern.
- Kick side alternating 4 times 8 count. Use any arm
pattern.
- Kick back 4 times 8 count. Moving backwards triceps
extension arms.
- Squat right feet together then squat left feet
together. 8 counts. In center clap three times real
fast.
Repeat left.
For a change on side kicks turn all 4 sides of the room.
