One Minute Power Intervals

This is a [Other] pattern from (pattern 7704)

Using a step and some hand weights, this is an alternative to the same old step-circuit class.

Do each exercise for 1 minute. Transitions need to be quick.

This should take 18 minutes. Repeat entire sequence for a 36 minute class, including a 7-10 minute warmup plus cool down, abs, and stretching, this is a complete one hour class. Remember to give low impact, intensity options first and then move up from there. Have fun!
