Make sure your students are not throwing their backs out on the 5 glute repeater. Abs held in strong, shoulders are back, you are leaning slightly forward, supporting leg is slightly bent, and you are just concentrating on lifting & squeezing the glute muscle. I don't add any arms here because I just want them to focus on the glutes.
