This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7720)

Bench is horizontal and all combos are 32 counts and self-reversing.

***Pendulum: right foot steps up on bench and left foot kicks out to the left (1) switch weight to left foot and right foot kicks out to the right (2) switch again twice (3,4) and then left foot kicks out double to the left (5,6) and exit off the bench (7,8).

***Boxer repeater: step right on bench (1) left knee up (2) left heel on step (3) switch heel (4) switch again (5) switch knee up which will be the right knee up (6) and exit opposite side of bench (7,8)
