Easy Does It!

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7725)

Bench is horizontal. All combinations are 32 counts and self-reversing. I teach at noon, so I have a W-I-D-E range of abilities. I used these combinations this week, and everyone seemed comfortable with them, while still getting a good workout. If you have any questions or comments, let me know!

Rock & straddle: Some instructors call a "rock" by other names--"chug", "peg leg", "stomp". So, to do this step:

It's really a simple move once you do it; it just takes a lot of words to explain! :)
