This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 8247)

Hi everybody,
Heres another workout for those who like some variation. If you like to go fast, this is something for you! At least my clients had a lot of fun with it. Enjoy yourself!

*Hammer (right): is like a fast mambo, put your right foot in front of the left foot (1) Put your right foot back to the right (2) Put your right foot in the front of the left foot (3) Put your right foot back (4) You can go to the right if you want more intensity.

**Arabesque: jump on your right leg and and lift your left leg. You can make it more beautiful with the arms: right arm up, left arm to the left.
