Double Downs

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 8249)

All combinations are 32 count and explanations will follow at the bottom of the page. Also self-reversing.

Ready for left leg on the back side of your bench you will be back in the front again at the end of the combo.

Ready for left lead

* Double down, when you are in a regular lunge back or a cross lunge the side that you want to double down will be the last to touch down on the floor then the same knee comes up and the foot goes back down again to the floor, then exit off. Any questions please email me.
