This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 8255)

*Double tap march out and in (take whichever lead leg and tap it front back two times and march it out and in for a count of 8).

*Slide V (two step touches that form the letter V).

*Push back hop/march (hop or march back and push your arms out in front of you chest height with hands in a fist)
