The first block is built up with jabs and crosses on the spot, slow and then faster, than I add the moves. After the steps back I end with two squats and repeat with right. Then the squat and front kick is teached.
The second block I start with front touches right and left 8 counts, then I add side touches right and left 8 counts; then I build down to 4 and then to 2 front touches and 2 side touches. I start to change one touch at the time (first touch becomes knee kick) and so on. Than add 4 hooks right and left (slow and than fast) and the elbows. Join all together. Have a fun class !!!
