Keep the fat burning!!!!

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 8269)

Here's my first submitted step pattern. Hope you enjoy it!

Repeat above starting with left lead

** Walk the bench, is simply left foot stomps on step (while facing east) and mambos forward and stomps on step again and mambos back. This is a smooth transition from the exit off the 3 single lunges.

I usually do more repetions of each move and gradually bring the class into the finished routine. Let me know if it works for you. God bless and Merry Christmas All!!
