This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 8270)

My class just simply love it! Just in time for Christmas!

+ For higher impact, you can scoop the single lunges

Combo 3

(reverse on the left side)

++ For variation, you can criss cross, meaning bring the lifted knee front over and back.

Combo 4

(reverse on the left)

+++ I usually turn them into Jacks once they are very high during the workout. :)
