Lower Body workout

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 8279)

This is a great lower body workout to stick in before your cool down!

Face forward

Start with your arms up for defense!
*You can touch the floor with hand on the lunge*

*You can do alternating forward jabs when doing the kickbacks. It helps keep your balance.

Repeat other side

I hope you can use this one! I remind my class to keep their ABS tight, and concentrate on their form! Have fun with it~We do!!!
*Our music is Addicted to Love @ 130-135 BPM*
