Build It Up

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 8280)

Repeat combo left

To "build it up" you can change the 4 repeater knees to:
2 Knee repeater (4 counts) and cross country ski (4 counts)

Then--change the 4 step touches left to:
2 Power squats (8 counts)

So--the final combo is

Repeat whole combo left
