Repeat twice to get a 32 count block. Same as combo 3.


Bounce step: When I cue this I start off with an L-STEP each side of the box (also known as T-step). Progress into rocking horse for intensity. Then Show them My bounce step which is: Left foot on the step with a little jump, right foot on the floor with 3,2,bounces & the last one you push up and add a jump on the step, step off. Its an 8th count move! Arms like in basketball when you shoot the basket: UP -DOWN - DOWN (as you bounce) - UP (as you push up) My participants enjoy it and let me know if you too!!!
